	Wholesale Wholesale pricing is available to qualified retail stores. To qualify as a wholesale customer, please contact us for a customer application. In addition to a completed application, business qualification must be met by providing copies of at least one item from each column below. Additional documentation may be required at our option. The acceptability of provided documentation will be determined solely by Stained Glass Connection or its designated agent. Upon acceptance, you will be provided a customer number that should be included with all future orders. Minimum first order for newly qualified customers is $200.00. Column 1 a. Checking Account Statement in the name of business Future orders for qualified wholesale accounts, after initial order, is $75.00 minimum. Note: Regarding returns, damaged merchandise, Sales tax, Shipping and other miscellaneous please refer to our policies page. Our Guarantee: Our products will sell! This guarantee applies to our pre-fabricated jewelry pieces only. If for any reason you feel our product is not right for your store we will buy it back. A refund will be issued once merchandise is returned to us in 'new' condition. Please contact us prior to return to obtain a RMA #. Along with the merchandise, please include a copy of the original invoice that was included with the original shipment. At the time of return, your name will be removed from our wholesale list. We will honor buy back up to one year from original purchase. You can order with confidence with that kind of offer! Exchange program We understand that not every style or product will be right for your customers on our pre-fabricated jewelry pieces. In our exchange program, if you find that a particular style is not moving well then contact us for a RMA. Along with the merchandise include a copy of the original invoice and we will issue a credit for the dollar amount to be used for purchase of additional product on your next order. Merchandise returned must be in 'new' condition. Because of this exchange program - once again - you can order with confidence and know you will have product that your customers will love.
